I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location near the slopes made it convenient for skiing. the parking was excellent, and I appreciated the charging points for electric vehicles. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although everything appeared to be well organised and clean, there was an undeniable lack of warmth and hospitality from the staff - which really affected my stay. whilst visiting over Christmas, I was expecting more festive decor and activities, but it seemed like the hotel lacked that special holiday spirit.
